Alright, I know, I forgot to post about day 3 earlier.
As day 3 was coming to an end, I actually thought to myself that things seemed to be getting a bit easier. I was finding a groove. Beginning to really understand what I can and can’t have. At least as much as someone can understand in 3 days.
I have found that things I don’t think will affect my blood sugar, really seems to make it jump up pretty high. Even though certain things are “low carb” or “no carb”, doesn’t really mean much as far as my blood sugar goes. Of course I suspect this is really because I am so insulin resistant right now. Hoping that some exercise will change that.
And I am happy to report that my toes are much better. Still not 100% but they are at least not burning and hurting constantly.
